Dual channel, low power operational amplifier featuring a 250MHz unity gain bandwidth and 260MHz bandwidth. This surface mount amplifier offers a 200V/µs slew rate and 64dB voltage gain. Operating from a 2.5V to 6V dual supply or 5V to 12V single supply, it provides 70dB CMRR and 60dB PSRR. With a low input bias current of 12µA and input offset voltage of 5mV, it operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is RoHS compliant.
