Quad channel, wideband video operational amplifier featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 400MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount device offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and a maximum output current of 70mA per channel. Operating from dual supply voltages between 4V and 6.25V, it provides 48dB common mode rejection ratio and 48dB power supply rejection ratio. The amplifier is housed in a 14-SOIC package and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
