Quad channel, wideband video amplifier featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 400MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount operational amplifier offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and 70mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supply voltages between 4V and 6.25V, it provides 48dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, this amplifier is packaged in a 14-SOIC format on tape and reel.
