Quad channel, wideband video operational amplifier featuring a 400MHz -3dB bandwidth and 400MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount device offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and 70mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supply voltages between 4V and 6.25V, or single supply from 8V to 12.5V, it provides 48dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. With a low input bias current of 12uA and an input offset voltage of 6mV, this lead-free, RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
