Dual operational amplifier featuring a 370MHz gain bandwidth product and 370MHz -3dB bandwidth. This surface mount SOIC-8 packaged IC offers a 600V/µs slew rate and 110mA output current per channel. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.25V and 6V, or single supply from 4.5V to 12V, it provides 57dB CMRR and 59dB PSRR. Input offset voltage is a maximum of 3mV with a 4µA input bias current.
