
High-speed current feedback operational amplifier (CFA) with a 370MHz -3dB bandwidth and 600V/µs slew rate. Features four independent channels in a 14-pin SOIC surface mount package. Offers 110mA output current per channel and operates from dual supply voltages between 2.25V and 6V, or single supply from 4.5V to 12V. Achieves 57dB CMRR and 59dB PSRR, with 2µA input bias current and 1mV input offset voltage. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
