Precision comparator and reference IC featuring adjustable hysteresis. Offers 1mV input offset voltage and 3nA input bias current. Operates from a 1.35V to 12V supply range with a low 13uA quiescent current. Provides 100dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios. Packaged in an 8-VSSOP for surface mounting, with a 10mA output current capability and TTL output type.
