
Quad general purpose low-voltage comparators featuring four independent channels. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply range, these bipolar ICs offer a 7mV input offset voltage and 250nA input bias current. With a 600ns propagation delay and 10mA output current per channel, they are suitable for surface mount applications in a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
