
Quad 3.3 MHz low power CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 3.3MHz gain bandwidth product and 2V/µs slew rate. This EMI hardened amplifier offers a 1mV input offset voltage and 10pA input bias current. Operating from 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, it provides a 130dB voltage gain and 77dB common mode rejection ratio. Packaged in a 14-TSSOP for surface mount applications, it operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
