Dual 30 MHz low power CMOS operational amplifier featuring EMI hardening. This general-purpose op amp offers a 31MHz gain bandwidth product, 20V/µs slew rate, and 113dB voltage gain. Operating from 2.7V to 5.5V, it provides 150mA output current per channel with a low 4.85mA operating supply current. The surface mount MSOP package is RoHS compliant and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
