
Single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 1.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 0.42V/µs slew rate. This BICMOS technology amplifier offers a 113dB voltage gain, 50dB CMRR, and 75dB PSRR. Operating from 1.8V to 5V supply, it draws 116µA quiescent current and provides 100mA output current per channel. The device has a 1mV input offset voltage and 14nA input bias current, suitable for surface mount applications in a PBGA6 package.
