Positive, fixed output, low-dropout voltage regulator with 3.3V nominal output voltage and 100mA maximum output current. Features a 0.5% output voltage accuracy, 380mV dropout voltage, and 75µA quiescent current. Operates with an input voltage range of 2.3V to 30V and supports a maximum input voltage of 30V. Housed in an 8-SOIC package for surface mounting, with dimensions of 4.9mm length, 3.91mm width, and 1.75mm height. Suitable for operation across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
