
100-mA, low-dropout voltage regulator with adjustable or fixed output voltage up to 29V. Features a 380mV dropout voltage, 0.5% output voltage accuracy, and a 1.25V reference voltage. Operates from a 2.3V to 30V input voltage range with a maximum supply current of 14mA and quiescent current of 75uA. This positive voltage regulator is housed in an 8-SOIC surface mount package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. Includes power good and enable functions.
