Dual output, fixed positive LDO regulator for surface mount applications. Features two independent regulators, each capable of 150mA output current. Offers fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 3.3V, with a dropout voltage of 135mV. Operates from a 2.7V to 7V input voltage range with a maximum supply current of 600µA. Delivers 1.5% accuracy and a PSRR of 40dB across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
