100mA, 3.3V fixed output positive linear voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage of 200mV. Features a maximum input voltage of 16V and operates from a minimum input voltage of 2.2V. Offers 2% output voltage accuracy and a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 63dB. This surface mount component is housed in a SOT-23-5 package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Includes an enable function and is RoHS compliant.
