Features a reset threshold voltage of 3.65V, with a minimum undervoltage threshold of 3.6135V and a maximum overvoltage threshold of 3.6865V. Operates within a supply voltage range of 500mV to 5.5V, with a low operating supply current of 16µA. Offers active-low reset with a 1ms reset timeout. Maximum power dissipation is 300mW, and it operates from -40°C to 85°C.
