
3-A adjustable ultra-low-dropout linear voltage regulator, featuring a 420mV dropout voltage and a 3.5% output voltage accuracy. This positive polarity, surface mount device supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, delivering an adjustable output voltage from 600mV up to 5V. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it provides a maximum output current of 3A. The regulator is packaged in a TO-263 case and is RoHS compliant.
