Operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage range and supports a maximum output current of 300mA. Packaged in an 8-VSSOP (MSOP) surface-mount configuration with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm x 0.86mm. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
