High-accuracy, low-dropout linear voltage regulator with a 1.8V fixed output voltage and 300mA output current. Features 2% output voltage accuracy, 120mV dropout voltage, and a maximum input voltage of 6V. Operates from -40°C to 85°C and is available in a lead-free MSOP package for surface mounting. Includes power good and enable functions.
