High-accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator providing a fixed 3V output with 300mA maximum output current. Features a low dropout voltage of 120mV and a quiescent current of 90uA. Operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V and is suitable for surface mount applications in a VSSOP package. This positive polarity regulator offers 2% output voltage accuracy and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
