150mA ultra-low-dropout CMOS linear voltage regulator with a fixed 2.8V output. Features a 60mV dropout voltage and 2% accuracy, operating from 3V to 6V input. Offers a low quiescent current of 120µA and a maximum supply current of 200µA, with a sleep mode for power efficiency. Suitable for surface mount applications, this single-output regulator is packaged in tape and reel for high-volume production. Designed for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
