
Micropower 150mA CMOS linear voltage regulator with active shutdown. Features a fixed 2.85V output voltage with 2% accuracy and a low 60mV dropout voltage. Supports input voltages from 2.5V to 6V, delivering up to 150mA output current. Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with a low quiescent current of 150µA. Surface mountable in a 5-DSBGA package, this lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
