150mA fixed output voltage regulator, offering a 3.3V output with 2% accuracy. Features a low dropout voltage of 80mV and a low quiescent current of 50µA. Operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and supports a maximum output current of 150mA. Packaged in a compact 4-DSBGA (1.09mm x 1.065mm x 0.335mm) for surface mount applications. Designed for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
