Operates with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). Offers true output polarity and a propagation delay of 65ns, with 23ns at nominal supply. Each of the two functions supports 4 bits with a maximum output current of 8mA and a load capacitance of 15pF.
