Dual 4-line to 1-line data selectors/multiplexers designed for military temperature grades (-55 to 125°C). Features a 16-terminal CDIP package with a 16-pin count. Operates with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). Offers true output polarity and a propagation delay of 65ns, with 23ns at nominal supply. Each of the two functions supports 4 bits with a maximum output current of 8mA and a load capacitance of 15pF.
