This logic IC features 20 terminals in a 20-CFP package (JEDEC R-GDFP-F20) with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). It offers a propagation delay of 6.5ns at 50pF load capacitance and supports 4-bit functions. The device operates unidirectionally with ENABLE LOW/HIGH control and a maximum power supply current of 90mA.
