This 65nm process technology device offers 64KB RAM and 112KB ROM, with a 32-bit data bus width. The 423-pin Ball Grid Array (BGA) package measures 16mm x 16mm x 0.96mm and supports surface mount technology. Dual 10-bit DACs and multiple interface options including I2C, SPI, UART, and USB are integrated. Operating voltage ranges from 1.8V to 1.89V, with an extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
