Dual 90MHz Transimpedance Amp, 25uV Vos, 67nV/rtHz, 80V/us Slew, VSSOP
Dual, high-speed precision transimpedance amplifier in a VSSOP package. Features a 90MHz gain bandwidth product, 80V/µs slew rate, and 150mA output current per channel. Offers excellent precision with 25µV input offset voltage and 50pA input bias current. Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical 7.5mA operating current. High performance is further demonstrated by 110dB common mode rejection ratio and 112.4dB power supply rejection ratio.
