Dual, wideband operational amplifier featuring a 250MHz -3dB bandwidth and 220MHz bandwidth. This high output current amplifier offers a 2GHz gain bandwidth product and a 1800V/µs slew rate. Designed for DSL/PLC applications, it operates with dual supply voltages from 2V to 6.3V or single supply from 5V to 12V. The device provides 500mA output current per channel and boasts a 49dB CMRR and 52dB PSRR. Packaged in a 16-VQFN EP, it operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and is RoHS compliant.
