
General purpose operational amplifier featuring a 3MHz gain bandwidth product and 1.5V/µs slew rate. This single-channel CMOS amplifier offers low power consumption with a 150µA operating supply current and a 2.5mV input offset voltage. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V. The SOT-23-5 package houses a robust design with 75dB common mode rejection and 78dB power supply rejection.
