
Single-channel, CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 250MHz -3dB bandwidth and 150V/µs slew rate. This device offers rail-to-rail input/output capability, a 100MHz gain bandwidth product, and a 110dB voltage gain. Operating from 2.5V to 5.5V single supply or ±1.25V to ±2.75V dual supply, it provides 100mA output current per channel. With a low input bias current of 50pA and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this amplifier is suitable for demanding applications. Packaged in an 8-SO PowerPAD, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
