Single-supply, rail-to-rail operational amplifier featuring a 50MHz bandwidth and 25V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose amplifier offers low input bias current of 10pA and an input offset voltage of 200µV. Operating from a minimum supply voltage of 2.2V up to 5.5V, it provides a high voltage gain of 120dB and a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 100dB. Designed with CMOS technology, this amplifier is packaged in an 8-SOIC (D) case, is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
