
Single-channel, rail-to-rail operational amplifier featuring a 50MHz gain bandwidth product and 25V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose amplifier offers low input bias current of 10pA and a low input offset voltage of 200µV. Operating from a minimum single supply of 2.2V up to 5.5V, it provides 120dB voltage gain and 96.5dB CMRR. The CMOS technology device is packaged in a 5-SOT-23, suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
