Single, high-speed precision transimpedance amplifier in an 8-VSSOP package. Features a 90MHz gain bandwidth product, 80V/µs slew rate, and 130dB voltage gain. Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V supply with 7.5mA quiescent current. Offers 25µV input offset voltage, 50pA input bias current, and 67nV/√Hz input voltage noise density. Exhibits 100dB common mode rejection ratio and 112.4dB power supply rejection ratio. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
