Four-channel, 20MHz CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 10V/µs slew rate and 1.4mA operating supply current. This general-purpose op amp offers a 2mV input offset voltage, 10pA input bias current, and a 90dB common mode rejection ratio. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V. The device is RoHS compliant and available in a 16-TSSOP package.
