Single high current operational amplifier featuring a 17 MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface-mount device offers a 20-pin HTSSOP EP package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance. It supports single supply operation from 7V to 24V and dual supply operation from ±3.5V to ±12V. Maximum input offset voltage is 20mV at ±12V, with typical input bias and offset currents of 0.0001µA at ±12V. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
