Wideband, voltage feedback operational amplifier featuring a 500MHz -3dB bandwidth and 250MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel amplifier offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and 190mA output current. Operating from dual supplies between 2.5V and 6V, or single supplies from 5V to 12V, it provides a 58dB CMRR and 72dB PSRR. The amplifier is housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 package, is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
