The REF2030QDDCRQ1 is a high-precision, low-drift series voltage reference designed for automotive applications. It provides two outputs: a primary 3.0V reference voltage (VREF) and a secondary 1.5V bias voltage (VBIAS), which tracks the primary output with a precision of 7 ppm/°C. The device offers excellent initial accuracy of ±0.05% and a low temperature coefficient of 8 ppm/°C maximum. Featuring a very low dropout voltage of 10 mV and a quiescent current of less than 460 µA, it is highly efficient and suitable for battery-operated systems. It is qualified for AEC-Q100 Grade 1 temperature ranges (-40°C to +125°C).
