High-performance operational amplifier with a 10MHz unity gain bandwidth and 13V/µs slew rate. Features a maximum input offset voltage of 3000µV and an average bias current of 1.5nA. This voltage-feedback architecture is housed in a 20-terminal ceramic LCC-20 package, operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Designed for military temperature grade applications, it supports supply voltages from ±15V nominal up to ±22V limits.
