High-speed LVDS buffer, repeater, and translator supporting data rates up to 2000Mbps. This interface IC features CML input and LVDS output, with a single channel for signal conversion. Operating from a 3V to 3.6V supply, it offers a propagation delay of 0.8ns and a turn-on delay time of 0.8ns. Packaged in an 8-VSSOP for surface mounting, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
