Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverters, CMOS technology, operating from 2V to 6V with a typical 5V supply. Features six independent inverter circuits, each with a single Schmitt-trigger input. Offers 24mA output current capability at both high and low levels. Packaged in a 14-SOIC surface-mount case, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. Propagation delay is 10ns, with a quiescent current of 2uA. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
