Operating across a supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V, it offers a propagation delay of 11.5ns and a turn-on delay time of 15ns. The device supports output currents of 8mA (low level) and -8mA (high level) and is packaged in a lead-free, surface-mount 14-TVSOP on tape and reel.
