This CMOS logic IC features 16 channels, operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical 5V operating voltage. It offers 8mA high and low level output current, a 15ns propagation delay, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The transceiver is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and packaged in a 48-TVSOP (TFSOP) format on tape and reel.
