16-bit bidirectional WIDEBUS transceivers designed for surface mount applications. Featuring 3-STATE outputs and a propagation delay of 2ns, these logic ICs operate from a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage with a typical 3.3V operating voltage. Each unit contains two 8-bit transceiver elements, providing 16 outputs with a high and low level output current of 25mA. Packaged in a 48-SSOP, these RoHS compliant devices are suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
