16-Bit Bidirectional Bus Transceiver and Register with 3-State Outputs. Features 16 non-inverting outputs, each capable of 24mA high and low level output current. Operates bidirectionally with a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V and a propagation delay of 5.2ns. Surface mountable in a 56-SSOP package, suitable for operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. This RoHS compliant component offers two 8-bit transceiver elements.
