Dual 4-bit binary counters designed for up, unidirectional counting. Featuring negative edge clock triggering and asynchronous reset, these CMOS logic ICs operate from a 2V to 6V supply voltage with a typical 5V operating voltage. Achieving up to 60MHz frequency, they offer a 360ns propagation delay and are housed in a 14-TSSOP surface mount package. This RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
