Features a 3.2ns propagation delay and supports a high level output current of -32mA and low level output current of 32mA. This CMOS buffer is designed for surface mounting in an SSOP package, operating from -40°C to 125°C. It is RoHS compliant and lead-free, supplied in tape and reel packaging.
