This 24-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP24, R-GDIP-T24) offers independent control and positive edge triggering. Propagation delay is 400ns maximum, with 41ns at nominal supply voltage and load capacitance of 150pF. MIL-PRF-38535 screened for military applications.
