Single-channel, high-voltage, current-feedback operational amplifier featuring a 235MHz -3dB bandwidth and 7300V/µs slew rate. This integrated circuit offers low distortion, a 280mA output current per channel, and operates across a wide supply voltage range from 5V to 30V. With a 60dB CMRR and 68dB PSRR, it provides excellent signal integrity. The device is housed in an 8-pin HSOP PowerPAD package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, and is RoHS compliant.
