Single, high-speed, rail-to-rail output operational amplifier featuring a 230MHz -3dB bandwidth and 550V/µs slew rate. This surface mount device offers a 120MHz gain bandwidth product, 100dB voltage gain, and 100mA output current per channel. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 1.35V to a maximum of 7.5V, or a single supply of 2.7V to 15V, it provides excellent signal integrity with a 74dB CMRR and 62dB PSRR. Designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, this RoHS compliant component is packaged in a 5-SOT-23 for efficient integration.
