
High-speed, rail-to-rail input/output voltage feedback operational amplifier featuring a 95MHz -3dB bandwidth and 95MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel amplifier offers a 35V/µs slew rate and 78ns settling time, with a voltage gain of 105dB. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 1.35V to a maximum of 8.25V, or a single supply of 2.7V to 16.5V, it consumes 800µA of operating supply current. The amplifier boasts a Common Mode Rejection Ratio of 85dB and a Power Supply Rejection Ratio of 80dB, with an input bias current of 1µA and an input offset voltage of 2.5mV. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (D) case, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
